Servicesdot, Inc is partnered with many vendors to provide medical supplies. You should refer to each vendors website for their Shipping and Return Policy. We generally accept returns within 5 days, for unopened packages and for damaged items. Customer must notify company via email and reason for return and we will supply return label for shipping item back to company. Refund will be processed with 3 business days of receiving the item and verifying the claim.
Servicesdot, Inc does not provide any warranties as to supply items purchased through our site. Warranties are provided by the manufacturers of items you have purchased. Customers should seek assistance from the manufacturer for warranty issues.
All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm, unless the item indicates a different time frame in the Item Search.

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information in the system. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is a standard rate based what was negotiated for your company. For Regency and Medchain orders over $70 Usd, receive free shipping. All Covid-19 shipping items are billed at a minimum ship charge of $20 or 4% of invoice total, whichever is greater.
